AMGEN Inaugural Bike Tour of California

Here are bike riders rounding a turn on Highway 1 with Hollister Peak in the background. I was amazed at how many support vehicles there were.

To view in 3-D without glasses, click on the image to enlarge. Then from a distance of about 1½ to 2-feet away and level and perpendicular to the image, cross or converge your eyes a bit until the stereo pair morphs into three virtual images. Now, stare at the center of the three images. It will be in 3-D!

Bike race participants and the nearly endless line of support vehicles as seen February 23rd, 2006 along Highway 1 just north of Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo. Hollister Peak, an extinct volcanic plug looms in the background.
